Now the question is to take advantage of that… because you are stressed out, you have a lot of work to do and you don’t know what to do how to relax. There is a simple trick: play games and enjoy the experience! A lot of people on earth are not happy with what they have but playing games is a great opportunity… Just open up yourself to a moment of fun by playing games… Sometimes, it’s not that easy because you have so many things to think about at the same time: kids, work, future, partner, health,…

But at the end of the day, what matters is the way you think about it! Just focus on enjoying every single moment when you play games. As many psychologists say when they talk about happiness, focus on the process of being happy not on the outcome!
